The Harris Ranch Beef Company is a non-exclusive meat product distributer for Central Market.

We accept special order requests for specialty items.

We do ask that all specialty item request be made ASAP or at least 2 weeks in advance.

Special order request for items we do not carry are made with a minimum purchase of one (1) case.

Our highly experienced Butcher Shop staff and Central Market team regularly fulfills large and special event requests

We do ask that all large and special event requests are made at least one week in advance.

Requests for any items we do not carry in-store are made with a minimum purchase of one (1) case.

The Butcher Shop offers everyone a personal and individualized service. Our one-to-one meat shopping experience grants every customer the freedom to ask questions, pick their ideal cuts, and choose an amount of meat by weight and not by package.

We are a full service butcher shop and special request are always welcome.

Although we do accept special requests, we unfortunately cannot accept request for prepping meat items for cooking.
